First Half-Marathon of 2012
After having getting started late with serious running in 2011, my new years resolution was to get started with long distances earlier this year. So, never mind that it was late new years evening, on January 1st I went out and running. It was already very dark at the lake, with very few people out. During 21.1 km I only met 5 people walking their dogs...
First Half-Marathon of 2011
March 7th - Rosenmontag. it was beautiful weather all day. What could be nicer than to go running? Nice trail above the south shore of the Baldeneysee. Then through Essen-Kupferdreh, trying not to get stuck in the Karneval Parade. Further trail was around the lake and back. Met the family at the playground on the Brehminsel. What a nice day!
